It seemed obvious to Nedd that to get anywhere at this point regarding Liam that a visit to Monty would be required. There'd been a message received from the Council in the afternoon that had prompted her to find Elena in the armory and inform her that she was going out to deliver a message to King Raith as if it were a common daily errand. That didn't seem like a good idea to Elena, though it was apparently Council business that Nedd couldn't go into with further details. Seeing as Alex had been trying to exercise a bit of restless energy not far off, he'd caught parts of the conversation and confronted them both as they were making to leave. Elena really didn't want to have to go through a discussion regarding Council business or politics at the moment, and pointed out more attendees to this could complicate the matter. Plus she assured if there was a need for back up he could be reached. It still didn't sit well with Alex as he storms out, not wanting to challenge Elena directly. Rhea, having been out prior taking care of other errands of a sort that needed to be dealt with, finally arrives back home.
