Gwynedd was in the study once more, relaxing by the fire, reading the book she’d been very protective about during the incident in Peru. It was perhaps some time later when Alex entered the room as well, finding Nedd. After his eavesdropping the other night he figured he’d be likely to find the young woman there again later. He’d approached and asked if there was anything she needed, somewhat startling her. Nedd’s senses not fully recovered yet from her detox from the Red Court’s venom. She declined his offer for needing anything at the moment, leaving Alex with having to be upfront and honest to his current curiosity regarding Nedd and her book.
He introduced himself as Liam’s apprentice and stated he was curious to find out some information if it was okay, feeling it would be a missed opportunity if he didn’t at the very least ask. Need inquired as to the specific of the information Alex wanted to know to judge if it would be something that could or could not be spoken of and learning he wanted to find out more about the demon LaDragos. There wasn’t much more than was already known, outside of confirming that the demon’s new host was with the White King, Monty Raith. In his pursuit to try and learn anything about himself, and that demonic half, Alex managed to inform Nedd of particular pieces of knowledge that Liam had left out of reports specifically for his apprentice’s safety. The fact that he was a Scion of said demon and a particular involvement with Delilah during the time of that road trip away from Chicago.
The conversation turned to the core fact of Alex expressing an interest to walk the line and do good with what could be seen as the bad half of his nature. The more that Nedd got a feel for the young man’s personality, something that Liam had not gone into in detail with his reports, she decided there was no further information to provide him at this point and time. Alex left it at that and left Nedd to her own business, the attempt to rest more and recover… until an urgent message came through her book, a message from the Council.
