Gwen Teller had made her way to the quiet town of Boscatle in Cornwall, England. There a unique museum resided, The Museum of Witchcraft and Magic, possessing a curious mix of tourist trap fancy and legitimate information. pearances was the least of her concerns. It was more the wards that the owners had placed upon the building that would give her a bit of trouble. Though not enough, seeing as she had on hand the Hand of Glory to assist with the task of breaking into the museum. It was a curious item that supposedly provided invisibility and intangibility to open locked doors and to retain vision within the dark. It basically allowed the individual that wore it to pass through any barriers attempting to block their path. So she made short work of accessing the museum and locating the item of her midnight excursion. The Red Emperor, an infamous piece of opal that had been lost, bought and stolen throughout history. It had been presumed missing for over a hundred years but apparently the owners of this museum had managed to obtain it and had no idea what they'd placed on display. Supposedly it would have powers of divinity or sight-- by morning Gwen would be back in Chicago with the opal in her possession.
