The scene where a freighter had run into one of Chicago's piers had left a confusing mess-- cause of the accident becoming less clear as the day progressed. Only after making a thorough assessment of the scene did Elena call in her consultant, Liam. The place had more than the usual chaos that usually followed a scene with SI involved...though as much a things may have changed, he still got the same hairy eyeball look as he was escorted to Elena. Once on board the boat, Elena gave him the tour of the mess and what she'd assessed of the scene so far. Though not too much to color Liam's own observations of the scene. The bodies of the crew had been savagely killed...about thirty men...or it would have been if not for one short when comparing the roster for the crew. Likely the absent individual involved with the missing cargo manifest page and likely the scene on the ship. It would leave Elena checking on what was still present in the cargo once they get the digital manifest and sort out the scene. In the meantime, Liam would work on what might have been able to cause the slaughterhouse scene of the crew.
