Alex had considered bringing what he knew to Liam after his conversation with Millie and the topic around Necromancy. If she was being straight up with him and had the best of intentions, it would be better she not lose her head…though he’d hesitated as curiosity got the better of him. He felt he could trust Liam as his teacher…but not so sure he could do the same with him as a Council member. Rhea would unfortunately be any help as she’d be bound by her duty as Warden to take care of the matter. He’d gathered what information he could from Liam’s area in the Castle library and walked the few blocks it’d take to arrive at Millie’s place. She’d answered the door apprehensively until she knew it was Alex, letting him in as he spread what he’d procured from the library for her review. It was only a few moments later before another individual arrived, the door opened to reveal a tall, skinny figure with gray shaggy hair and slightly yellow jagged teeth. He seemed to be aware of Alex to some degree as it appears Millie must have mentioned that to this new individual. Apparently returning after being unable to summon the attention of an individual for this evening. It quickly became clear that Alex was part of their plan but in a different way…he was to be the bait for Liam to come find him so that they could reclaim knowledge and information he possessed. It was about this point of piecing together the details of the trap that Alex found the slick oily power sliding over him as his strength faded and his vision grew dark before he lost consciousness.
