At one point Alex woke to examine the work on his body as well as the to refuel from the energy spent with healing. After taking care of the needful, he'd attempted to take a moment to try and meditate beside a willow tree. Rhea at some point had been persuaded to go and get some rest after doing all she could to help facilitate the mending process between Liam and Jack's help. She'd eventually found him by the tree, gently chiding him for the scare last night. It hadn't been the first time she'd seen him badly injured...and it was looking like it wouldn't be the last. His reaction was one dull and lacking emotion, his other half more in the driver's seat-- questioning her practicality of actions in the recent encounter on the fan boat in the Water Maze. Given what she knew after the fact or not, she pointed out that observation would have given them more options-- that hunting party was out for her, not Alex. They'd lucked out of that situation because Happy and Freddie showed up to balance the scales of that ambush. It didn't seem to compute to Alex in his current state so he changed the topic to demanding instruction on meditation. She tries to give him helpful advice, but nagging thoughts that seem to circle around Delilah keep threatening to come to mind. It brought up questions as to what Alex wanted or cared about...and even though he stated he cared for nothing-- she could tell otherwise. Annoyed with being called out on that, Alex stands and leaves Rhea to herself by the tree. She'd remain there to meditate herself for a moment, to ground herself from recent events before finding rest once more from the prior night's work and exhaustion to her body.
