A couple hours later and Alex and Delilah had completed the potion experiment. The intent was to make Alex temporarily immune to her ability. The process being very academic up to the tense moment of waiting for the mixture to cool and test out the results. There was hesitation on both sides...as much as they both wanted it to work...if it didn't-- that could prove deadly. It was a long moment before Alex finally drank the concoction and waited for Delilah to test that mojo of hers on him to see if he responded or not. If the potion worked properly, he wouldn't... However, it did...Delilah had pushed and Alex hadn't attempted to leap out of his skin to respond to that beckoning call. Of course once they'd verified that it had worked, that left them more at ease to take advantage of the fact and enjoy the moment together. It wouldn't be until after sunset that Liam returned to the hotel with James and Lucy. Rhea was not with them, focus still intent on the crash course lesson with Farah for the coming Ceremony tomorrow. There still wasn't a lead on who killed Jenty but with Rhea taking the woman's place-- there would be no doubt that the culprit would get desperate and strike again...
