Liam wakes within his room after the fight, but not alone— Gwen is present, and appears to have been so for quite some times. She was in the process of healing injuries to his body, sustained during his prior fight with The House, Howie. Before his own power was cut off by that silver bracelet once more, it’d managed to mend his bone together from the main part of his arm to where it’d been bitten off at the wrist during last night’s fight. After assessing his surroundings, the fact that he was still alive…but in a great deal of pain, and being mended to by Gwen, a talented biomancer practitioner…a rarity in its own right— some concerns would now need to be addressed. The usual balance from the prior night’s fight had been upset, one of the constants involving The House always winning was no longer the truth. Plus it brought new enemies likely to retaliate from the fight’s loss— LaDragos or Singh, which would act first? Plus, there was still the matter of the girl Delilah and Alex’s freedom as well. Alex’s original agreement with Gwen was to fight his third match and then renegotiate the terms of their arrangement. In the meantime, Liam would need to rest and recover his strength with Gwen’s aid in order to do anything to help the situation.
