The life of a Warden never takes a break, an early meeting with Allyn had much on Rhea’s mind before hand regarding the disappearance of a practitioner named Sara. Kevin had arranged for them to meet earlier in the day and provide something to work a tracking spell. Either her focus or exhaustion from the prior nights work was causing a lack of results, but she wasn’t going to give up on it— looking to try again when heading out for the night in the streets. In the midst of walking out to grab something quick on the go she runs into Alex, her apprentice, who she’s only seen in passing as of late. Taking a moment she catches up with him to see where he’s at in his training. Apparently a bit further than expected given his temperament and desire for more instant gratification in progress. If it were applied in the correct manner, that could be a good thing— just the balance of keeping it there might be tricky. She had hopes Alex though, he was doing his best and trying to exceed any expectations, but she wasn’t sure that he got the fact that he was her first student so it’s not like he had competition in the first place. Touching on aspects of what he was learning, she’d leave him to continue as she headed out of the Castle for the night and another shift of doing her job.
