For the most part, life within the Castle was calm after the events of last night. Alex settling into his routine of practice after work, while others went about their own matters and recovery. Elena would also be returning after her long trip outside Chicago later in the evening, but not before making a side stop to a bar she’d never been to and running into Asher who’d been working at the place. A quiet moment for her to muse at his singing, as Asher was both working the bar and side entertainment in musical skills, and also giving them a chance to reconnect since the two last saw each other. In another part of the world at Slieve Bearnargh, one of the greater mountains in Northern Ireland— death and destruction touch the small village of Caer a’Muirehen as Liam and Mara find themselves witness to after emerging from the Nevernever. There was little left for them upon arrival, and outside of a couple straggling creatures, an empty castle built into the mountain itself with many destroyed statue-like coffins. However, it appears that not all the coffins had been destroyed, one was missed— Jason Cornell’s place of rest. Though the fact he moved and dispatched the other straggling creature with ease show he was not as dead as some would think. A guardian of some type from before even the White Council itself was formed. There could be more like him…and possibly more creatures like the ones that tore through the quite village— no better way to find out than to go to one of the last known spots in the Carpathian Mountains.
