Millennium park is a public park located in the Loop community area within Chicago, Illinois of the United States. Originally the park was developed and intended to celebrate the second millennium. A prominent civic center near the city’s Lake Michigan shoreline, it cover 24.5 acres of land within in the northwestern section of Grant Park.
