Wyldfae are unattached faeries, not bound to the Faerie Courts. This group of faeries do not side with any court. Usually they do their own work, keep to themselves and pay little attention in general to the courts. However, should war occur among the Faerie Courts the Wyldfae will associate with the side they’re most inclined to— the 'nice' ones leaning towards Summer and the 'mean' ones siding towards Winter.

Also among the Wyldfae is The Erlking, or Lord Herne. Lord of the goblins and peer to the Faerie Queens. A force of nature, power and violence without conscience or restraint. Considered to be equal in power to that of the Faerie Queens and able to call up the Wild Hunt. The Earlking is to the goblins what Mab is to the Sidhe— he’s their ruler.
