Hector Lamboi

Hector, a Latin King chapter head, is everything you'd expect of a gang banger with station. He thinks he's king of the world and people must do what he says or he gets to punish and kill them. A real hard ass, a true criminal, murderer, all the bad nasty stuff. He hasn't earned the title of King yet, but he fans the flames of war with the Vice Lord Nation in his efforts to gain it.

Gus Lamboi

Younger brother of Hector, Gus fell into gang activity in his childhood, following his brother and becoming quite a hellion in his teenage years. A kinder less volatile person he chose to uphold the values of the Latin Kings to give back to their community and help others. He's Alex DeWitt's oldest and closest friend.

Umberto Salazar

A man in his 90's, but remarkably well aged, living in the Wild's Latin Kings terrirtory. Rumors abound about the old man, that he used to be a Latin King, one of the original recruits. A man with strange knowledge and powers, leading to the rumor he was King Voodoo. These rumors buy him safety, fear, and respect. He lived down the hall from Adalina and Davi Campos.

Adelina Campos

A graying and aged, but regal woman of some magical talent. Adelina immigrated to the United States with her parents when she was a young girl and grew up in the Wild long enough to see it go downhill. She struggled to raise a daughter she eventually lost to the streets and drugs. Left only with her grandson Davi she put her all into raising him. When Davi slipped into gang activity and was killed it devastated her.

Davi Campos

A sweet smart fourteen year old boy who fell into gang activity. His initiation run was the shoot out with the Vice Lords. He took four rounds to the chest and one to the head before he hit the ground.

Cucuy

A mythical ghost-monster, equivalent to the bogeyman found in many Hispanic countries, the male is a Coco and the female is a Coca. It often represents irrational for exaggerated anger and fear. There is no general description of the Cucuy as far as facial or body descriptions, but it is stated that this shape-shifting being is extremely horrible to look at.
